I eventually will be putting some 1.6" Vogtland's on the birdy.
My AED-loaded front end is about a 1/2" lower than the rear. It's not that noticable, but while I'm at it would it be worth the effort to even them out?
I don't really wanna cut brand new springs (or ANY springs for that matter) so is there an option for raising the front ever-so-slightly to match up the heights? A thicker spring isolator or something? Or is this just something I need to ignore?

Are you runnung oem 15 or 16" rims? or aftermarket 17's? I would say if you really dont notice it now you probably wont notice it that much with the vogtlands plus if someone else notices it lets them know you have a suprise under the hood for them :)
