I'll be replacing my EEC soon and before I open the hood I'm wondering if I could get a general idea of where it's located.

Also, I have been having idle problems since I've owned the car. I replaced the IAC, MAF, EGR, TPS, etc. about 6 months ago. Still low idles, no matter what the temperature. In the morning it will stall if I don't give it gas. I warmed the car up the other day and unplugged the IAC...and NOTHING happened. I'm assuming this means it is bad (defective)? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

The eec is located on the passenger side by the kick panel. You have to take the plastic shielding off to get it out.
