I decided to replace my endlinks and LCA's while i had the suspension apart. I cannot seem to get the endlink free from the sway bar or get the LCA free from the spindle. I have the tool that is called I tie rod end separator that i thought was supposed to accomplish this but it isn't working very well. Does anyone have a trick of the trade, or any method that has been used to free the parts form each other. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Kevin M

i just did that job on my 91 bird upper/lower struts and all bushing/power sterring rack too..i work for a bodyshop.... and i hit the lower spindle with a 5lb hammer just make sure the nut is off or it wont come off (the nut will just spin)it a locking type..it only took 3-5 hits and just pops out..make sure u hit dead on the lower part.. of the spindel not the lower ball joint...it may be harder if the car not on a lift (mying was) but it works.... i did the same to get the outer tie rods out too.....
