Which flows better? Headers with an X-pipe exiting out through duals or headers and a Y-pipe exiting through a single pipe. Will the two pipes flow better than the one? Get at me.

It's nice to see someone that is from TN. There aren't very many. Anyway to your Q. Both setups will do well. The X-pipe and duals will lose some torque down low but gain on the top end. The X-pipe will help some on the lost torque. If you go with a smaller setup 2.25" then you won't lose as much torque, but won't gain as much top end. The single pipe setup works pretty well and will probably gain some low end while also increasing some on the top. I know that this isn't in what you actually ask for I just thought I would include it.

The 2.5" duals will in theory flow more than the say 3" or 3.5" single provided that you even had the ability to expel that much exhaust. Hope that answers your Q.
