Should i go 2.5" dual or 3" dual with a DI DO midmount muffler for a rating of atleast 400rwhp?. At a max i plan on making 500rwhp.

If you're getting exhaust done, why not get it done right the first time? Get the three.

You need 3" for those power levels. Might be tuff to get in there.

Rod, or racecougar, whatever you guys call him, he has true dual 3in exhaust.

There are a few MN12s out there with 3" systems without mentioning names. I have the Big Kooks, 3" Cats and 3" Tubing to a 3" X-pipe. After the X-pipe, it goes down to 2.5" inches. The only issue I can see with 3" tubing is when going around the gas tank, and I know 3" will go through there, I didn't feel like spending another $1000.00 to have the exhaust refabbed in 3", perhaps I should have. Next time my car is on lift, I will take pics of the updated exhaust on it.
