Im wanting to change the fluid and filter in my 95. Would it be sufficient to just drain the TC through the bell housing and drop the pan to dump the rest or do I need to go through with a complete flush? The tranny and fluid has somewhere around 15K miles on it since the rebuild, which was about 4 years ago. The fluid still looks and smells good but im under the assumption that its due:confused:

Nope, that's what I would do. If you go through the trouble to drop the pan, you should trash the stock pan and get the deep sump pan and filter. Assuming of course it wasn't changed already.

I would like to get the deep sump pan but unfortunately my 'Bird doesnt have enough clearance and would touch the ground.
