Pretty sure it is in the CCRM, behind the passenger side headlight.

Yes, it is only a plug. There's a box full of relays that sits between the air cleaner housing and passenger headlight.

Yes there are. It's not a small little relay like you are used to. It's a somewhat large metal box (approx. 5" x 5" x 2"). You can't access an individual relay. It's a non-servicable integrated unit.
