Have 02 mustang GT fuel pump want come on .It's new I tried before installing and it worked fine.Checked fuses they good voltage at inertia switch is 12 volts on both wires but still no sound from pump .Theft light blinks slow when I turn key on and speeds up when turning engine over .I can spray fuel in throttle body and car will start and run as long as I spray fuel in throttle body What would anyone try next

If you have +12V at the inertia switch, then the problem lies between it and the pump, the pump itself, or the ground for the pump. That said, the theft light should not be flashing when the key is in the start position. You're certain you see +12V at the inertia switch for ~1 second at key on? You're certain the pump isn't running?

How did this scenario begin?
