I bought a used 96/97 fuel rail to use on my '02 Exploder engine. Before I bought it I was told that I would need to straighten out the mounting tabs. I figured that it would be easy enough, so I purchased it online. After straightening the tabs, I noticed that one of the rails itself is twisted. One of the fittings for the injectors is tilted 4 or 5 degrees. My question is, how perfect does the fit need to be? It seems to me that the o-ring might make up for it, but I have nil experience with fuel injected motors. (I have owned several, never had any problems.)
