No. But - since it's a return type system, and if there's ever, Ever, EVER any chance of doing anything to the motor, then yes, do it while you're doing the fuel pump anyway.

That way if you never do any upgrades that take more fuel, you're still OK. And if you ever decide, "Well, I think I'll drop this 2.3 Kenne Bell on top", you'll at least have the fuel pump for it ... :diablo:
