I have a J-Chip that I used for 2 months and then had problems with the chip. I have been trying to get in touch with Jerry for 5 months about the problems. How do I get in contact with him to fix my chip?

Contact Dennis at Reinhart Automotive.

He used to be in close contact with Jerry.

I am sure he will be able to help you in some way.

He can do re-burns of the Inject Tech chips

EDIT:

EDIT(2):

I appreciate you editing my post JT. Didn't realize the ramifications of posting his
address, as I had seen it posted many many times when I first visited this web-site.
However, I do completely agree with you and JustinH..........Thank you

Jerry has withdrawn. He got too much exposure, and there were too many idiots asking him simple questions.

There should probably be a FAQ to help cut down repetitive questions. You're still going to get stupid questions (If I fill my tires with helium, how fast can it go?) but at least people with half a brain will hit the FAQ and get their question answered or at least be pointed in the right direction.

Re: I spoke w/ him this morning

Sorry to point it out, but its not polite to post people's email addresses on a public board without asking them. This could have been done in a PM, or email. I'm sure he doesn't want 1000 emails tomorrow. I would suggest you delete your post

That's alright...

Justin,

Like he looks at that e-mail addy anyhow.

I agree that info should have been via a PM or private e-mail.

I agree with this please edit it, if you are having problems with a chip I will be glad to help, he does not like his name on the net, much less his email, so again please delete this, and call me I am here to help if I can.

Apology

I am sorry for posting his email address. I did not know he didn't want it posted. I agree with the reasoning behind it. It won't happen again. Bradd
