Well a salvage yard is shipping me a set of 96 thunderbird headers. But here come the questions....besides welding in bungs for the O2 sensors, what else needs to be done? The reason I ask is that right now the motor is out of my 94 for rebuild and it would be much easier to install the new headers on the stand instead of in the car.... I could start the motor and do the 20 minute break in cycle on open headers. Any ideas?? What needs to be done?? Thanks guys!
