Well,I got my new engine today. It is a 2003 Mercury Grand Marquis 4.6 P.I. motor. It has 20,304 miles on it.I got to hear it run before we pulled it,which is always nice.I got everything I could grab from under the hood.I know I won't use alot of it but better to be safe than sorry. Here is the best part,I only paid $750 for it.I am not going to put it in until after the holidays. My friend is a Lincoln tech and he is going to help me do it at the dealership.Should be a snap to put in with those conditions.I am looking foward to getting it in there so I can get into the 14's in the 1/4 mile.I will keep you posted on the progress.

not too bad of a deal on the motor. If you have the bucks, deffinitely do a higher stall converter, and get the entire thing tuned properly, you should have a good runner.

Think low 14's with a real converter and tune.
