Well guys, I went out today to check on some prices on LCA's, and I got to Advanced Auto, and a pair was like $110 after tax, so I got them. I read on my previous post that the prices were going to sky rocket, so I figured that wasnt too bad, They have the bushing for the subframe, the lower shock bushing, and new ball joints. Did I make out alright?

My current strut rod bushings on the right side only have about 50 miles on them ( a few races), and I have a set that is brand new for the left side, so I'll put them on when I change the arms. I'm not sure what you mean by "endlinks", I'll be sure to check them when I go to work on the car tomarrow.

Get back in touch with me, thanks for the advice,

Brandon

Ahhh, gotcha, Sway bar endlinks, there in decent shape, no play in them, I may end up running with the front sway bar disconnected, maybe even the rear too.

I just need to remember to take some never seize down to the race shop tomarrow for when I put those new arms on :)

Thanks again,

Brandon

LCA's

Blittle500 $110 a pair isn't to bad.

I found THESE at Auto Parts Warehouse. Does anybody know anything about Mevotech?

I ordered some Moog Performance UCA's from these guys for $75.95 each with free shipping and was very pleased with their service. I'm looking for LCA's now. Any suggestions?

Luckly, with what I use my car for, the arm will get bent before anything on it wears out, but I hope it doesnt get bent because then there's alot more bent stuff :) I'll have to check on my box from Advanced Auto, on what the manufacturerererer (one more "er"?) is, I dont know, maybe its even Mevotech.

LOL, yea you never know what you're getting from Advance. They carry some major brands but sometimes it comes in a plain white box with made in indoTaiChinaVietSouthKoreaNamLand with hieroglyphics written on the side.

I checked on the make of the LCA's today, it is TVR, and claims to be "Made In USA"

Not to shabby, I guess

TRW's. I got all my front suspension stuff from advance. All TRW and have no complaints about it. I love the way the bird rides now. I plan on doing the rear end soon.

BLittle500, I cant get a pic because I threw the endlinks out. Mine were really trashed.

Just get the LCA's from advance for around 50 bucks. Get the ones for the supercoupe because of the stiffer ball joints. Plus they are cheaper then the LX version. Go into Advance and order them and you will have them the next day.

Thanks Speed95, thought it was something like that. What exactly do you need a pic of, just the swaybar link?

Thanks again for the help guys,

Brandon
