I picked up a Ford shop manual from Ebay for a good price.
There are also some writeups on the SCCOA, for the SC engine, but once you get to the lower intake manifold, its really similar to the NA engine. ( except the torque sequence / Ft lbs. on the head bolts ). I think I spent about 3 hours extra pulling the SC stuff off when tearing down the engine, the NA didnt take so long to change the gaskets.
Thats a nice write up BTW, very detailed information. I havent seen one for Headgaskets with pictures like you have.
