Hi,

I'm trying to replace my headgaskets, but I can't get my heads off.
There isn't any movement at all!!!

Ok, I must admit that it is not a Ford Engine, but you must have some advise
for me. I can't believe I'm the only person on the world with heads that won't come off?????

I tried:
1) with a hammer
2) with a lot of WD40
3) with a 1/2 ton claw, (like firemen are using to cut-off a roof ) to push off the head
from the engine.

HEEELLLLPPPP!!!!! PLEASE!!!!!

I can't sleep, can't eat, don't have any friends left anymore......

Oh, how funny...

Didn't hear that one before.

I'm now at the point of heating the head...

If that won't do, engine replacement....

If the portapower is not working then there is always the last resort (before replacing the engine).
Put the spark plugs back in and turn the engine over with the starter. be very
careful or the heads my wind up on your fenders (and keep an eye out for lifters).

Sound kinda like the trick with the rope.

Put in a rope through the hole of the sparkplug and try to lift the head with the
piston. The rope should spread out the presure...

But, I will try it...

Thanks.
