Does anything work??
I mean, does the car start?

Have you really checked all the fuses?
Both under the dash and the hood??

'Cause all those things you just mentioned should have
constant power i.e. should/could be on the same fuse...

The other thing you could do is to remove the stereo and check again...
Still nothing.... ?
A fuse...
Working?
Something not connected right into the stereo..
Check every cable and make sure you're connecting everything where
it should be...

That's the only thing to do....

yeah they are all hot

all the fuses are hot under the dash (which fuses under the hood?)

The car works fine, everything works except for:

1) hazard lights
2) shifting, even with brake depressed.
3) power seat
4) rear lights dont light up with brake pressed.

Its weird, really weird.

The power distribution box

There are fuses under the hood that SHOULD be in the general vicinity of the battery. Sometimes if the 5 amp memory fuse is blown, you loose the stereo, as i learned.

If this helps, good. But if it doesn't, i can't help you further.
