Yeah, they usually don't need any service unless of course you got some HIGH miles. I have done 2 PI swaps in my Birds and I was wanting to replace them. But once it was apart there was no reason to replace them, they were fine. They were both observed at 100k during the swap. Unless you you are just replaceing them to feel more secure or to just be safe, there is really no reason. But it can't be to bad of an idea and it can't hurt anything!
