Lets face it, If it wasn't for him, Our country would not be what it is today.

"The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy. The true neighbor will risk his position, his prestige, and even his life for the welfare of others."

MLK was a great leader, right up there with Ghandi as far as non-violent forms of protest.

The "agenda" he refers to is the Rev. Jesse Jackson and Rev Al Sharpton promoting their agenda at all costs. The recent anti-war protests over the weekend are an example. The message has been twisted by the "good" reverends. Jackson and Sharpton don't even deserve to stand in the man's shadow, much less use his name for their agenda. The message has been twisted.

Years ago, AZ was one of the last states without the MLK holiday and the liberals were calling ALL AZ residents racist. Another example is the misuse of the confederate flag. The U.S. would be a better place without this liberal agenda.
