Ive now got the egr solenoid unbolted and only the exhaust pipe is holding it on.

Do I just unscrew the little flare nut? should i mark it or what?
Any tips?
Im about to just unscrew this 3/4 flare nut. Is that all I do? Anybody out there ever do this (change egr on 94-5 4.6)?

the nut looks like 15/16" or close, it is inaccessable.

how can i get to the egr exhaust pipe on a 94 without removing the accumulator/dryer and removing the freon or removing the exhaust system?

im going under the car to see if I can get to it from below, but I doubt it. :(
this sucks.

u could try accessing it throught the top, i had better luck after removing my intake elbow in the back along with the dpfe sensor and bracket, u should have enough room to stick ur elbow in after.good luck
