Here are the specs:

Mod Max springs
Titanium retainers
Fully port and polished heads
Heads decked .036 to raise compression
Custom ground PI valves

Cams specs
Lift: exhaust .570 Intake .540
Duration 224 224
@.500


Flow numbers
170 @ .500 stock npi
198 @.500 p/p npi heads (mine)
166 @.500 stock Pi heads

Please help ....I am considering buying these PnP NPI heads and I know nothing about cam specs and flow numbers...........

Also does anyone know a good link to read up on this stuff.

Well...it's generally speaking not the best idea to mill OHC heads much (if at all) because that can change the tension of the timing chains...I believe .036 is outside Ford tolerances on that issue, but someone wiser can tell you more on this subject.

Are those Comp Cams? It seems like I've seen those cam specs before.

I wouldn't rule them out necessarily just because of what I said...I'm sure more people will chime in here with their expertise. They may be perfectly fine to run, just give it a little bit and get some more response in here.
