I know how to breakstall the TC to get your rpms up and preload the drivetrain. If I am correct is flashing just mashing the gas?

Hold the break and hit the gas and hold it at the point right before where your tires break loose.

you flash the TC by not brake stalling. go from idle to WOT real fast.

lower stall TCs are for bigger vehicles, because it requires the low end torque. Trucks are the extreme example, an F150 stall is a good 500 rpms below our stock, and a mach1 stall is a good 1000rpms higher.
