Those are Jamex springs which you can no longer get, it does in deed sit really low, but not quite that low anymore now that the car has been lightened up some. I have heard that H&R's will lower it about the same but that is just what I've heard second hand.
Ya I'd say it was 2 to 2.5" in the front and 2" in the rear, which made it really nice and even since the rear wheel well is normally a tad closer to the ground anyways.
