Its real simple, jack the car up and put the jackstand under the end of the lower control arm. Pull the wheel, there is a stud on the end link that goes to the knuckle and then on the other end it connects to the sway bar. You'll need a hammer to pound it out of the knuckle because it fits tight. You might need a clamp of some sort to keep the stud on the new end link tight in the knuckle to keep it from turning while you tighten it down.
