i just got a 90 sc lastnight for free but the issue is there is no title and the motor is trashed........as much as i hate to do it im gonna strip the car and put the sc body kit on my lx.......its gonna go to the crusher after that. the motor and tranny are coming out and going to a buddy and all thats gonna be left is a shell. ill post some pics of my lx after i get done with the change over.:zbash:

Cool i have a sc kit on mine i just need to change the bumper i'll wait till next year to do that now theres two t-bird owners with a "sc" with a 5.0 motor.

Yea People Have Already Asked Why Dont I Just Put My Motor And All In The Sc But I Have No Title And My Car Already Runs So Im Just Gonna Put The Body Kit And All On It And Let It Go From There. It Should Be Interesting On What Some People Are Gonna Ask If You Know What I Meen

nothing wrong with putting the SC kit on a non Sc car.... I did it to my fixer upper

You know, you can apply for a title, talk to your BMV and see what you need to do. I had to do it with my $40 T-bird. I could have filed for lost title, or tried to track down the original owner on the title that I found. I was lucky, but there are options.

well i was tearing down the sc lastnight and i found nice size rust holes in the floor board so i defanitly just said screw it and plus the dash and all hed been ripped apart and the rest of the interior is screwed except for a few panels so itsgoing bye bye......ive already got the rear bumper on my car but i have to do miner cutting to clear my tail pipes and im going to do the front end and the door later today. its too wet for me to do the side skurts cause im gonna use some double sided tape instead of drilling into my car so....like i said ill put up some pics probably the begining of next week so yall can see it

well i got all the stuff on the car this weekend and found out something that kinda ticked me off.......there isnt any wiring disconnect for the doors!? what was ford thinking on that one. so now my hands thank me very much for cutting them up on the sharp edges in the doors while rewiring them

Yea, they are fun to remove. If you wear gloves, it may help keep the skin on your hands.

i did learn that one for the next time around but im hoping and dont think that there is going to be a next time for the doors cause i had enough of that this weekend. these two cars completely drained me this weekend and i still have to pull more stuff off the other one

A shell thats about all. the motor and tranny are coming out and going to a friend who got the car for me and then the rear end is going to my moms b/f so there isnt going to be very much left at all.

on the front buckets is the plastic rectangle on the under side of the head rests intact? if they are i'd be willing to take them if u don't want 'em
