But does this sound right?

average stock tbird track times by engine:
94-97 4.6 w/ 3.27 gears: 15.7-16.0
94-5 4.6 w/ 3.08s: 16.0-16.2
5.0L : 16.1-16.3
3.8L NA: 17.0-17.3
3.8L SC 5 spd: 15.1-.15.3
3.8L SC auto: 15.3-15.5

I'm interested in stock for stock only. I wonder how far I'm off....

I would change it to read:

94-95 (3.08s) 15.9-16.3
96-97 (3.27s) 15.3-15.7
I would agree with you, but my 95 had 3.27s and turned a 15.7stock ... and I know my car isn't the only 94-5 to be in that category. You've got a slightly wider window for the 3.08 cars, but it's about the same as what I figured. Thanks for all the replies everyone, the more the better.

I'd say 3.27 94-95s are .2 quicker than those with 3.08s. I've never read of a 94-95 breaking 15.6, or a 96-97 being slower than 15.8

Yeah, that's not necessarily accurate though.
Of course it isn't, my very first time down a 1/4 mile strip with my car in bone stock form (with a 3.08 open) was a 16.0. Probably could have gotten a 15.8 if I had had better tires (those goodyears sucked).
