i tried to spray tb....the idle still sucks......it still left some gunk in there....is there any sure shot cure to totally clean out the iac....its cuasing some bad idle for me

I replaced mine, it's too big of a pain the rear to get to. Then you clean it and it's still not right, no thank you.

on the 95 they are a pain to remove and replace, so just have a new one ready to go in. I think mine was 30-40 bucks and its money well spent.

it took me 5 minutes to pull it out and clean it....helped for 2 weeks....then wwent back to crap

5 minutes to pull an IAC on a 94-95, you've got to tell me your secret, either that, or you've got little girly hands;)

I'll second that one, Rich. What a PIA to get that thing out.

A word of advice.

Use a magnetic pick-up tool to remove the (2) IAC bolts once you loosen them.

im just use to it.....a friend told me exactly what to do and it didnt take long at all
