My wife got me a remote start for christmas. The manual mentions the option to buy a t-harness that cuts down on installation time and wire splicing.

"The t-harness will plug in between the vehicles ignition switch the directly to the remote starter control module."

The only one they make for Fords doesn't list 94-97. It lists the following.
Ford/Lincoln/Mercury Models
81-93 Cougar
83-89 Crown Victoria
95-02 Econoline
82-87 Escort
92-97 Explorer
83-89 Grand Marquis
96-97 Mountaineer
80-93 Mustang
84-94 Ranger
81-93 Thunderbird
82-87 Tracer
Mazda Models
92-95 Navajo
94 Pickup

What are the chances that it will fit my 95? If it doesn't fit I think I may try to get the wire harnesses from the junkyard and make one myself to cut down on wire cutting and splicing in the car. I think it would make for a better and cleaner installation.

I'll add that this one is a bit on the cheap side so I may end up sending it back for a better model.

Thanks. Thats the brand starter she got me. If you go to their page and click on the harness link that one is not listed.
