Hey guys and gals, I'm getting ready to replace the stock mufflers on my 95 t-bird with the xenon body kit.

My question is this which layout should I go with center inlet / outlet, offset inlet /outlet ??? Help

I've narrowed it down to either hooker max flow's or hooker aerochambers, price is right and i want to try something different than what everyone else runs.

I know that i'm not going to notice a huge(if any) increase in power from just changing the 2 mufflers but i want a little bit more sound it's just 2 darn quiet!!!!!!!

Does anyone have any idea what the stock db level is?? trying to figure out which muff to go with I want a little bit more rumble at idle and as little drone as possible . It can scream like a banshee indian at wot as far as i'm concerned. but under light throttle i'd like it to mind it's manners and not get to carried away

Most questions that people ask have already been answered. Try searching the forums and then operate under the assumption that people don't care to answer the same questions over and over again.

If that didn't help you, this might also

If you're still unsure after searching the forums, then post a question. If it's still not answered, "bump" and "help?" usually don't do the trick. People might not have an opinion, or just don't care to give one.

I have searched ...maybe I didn't use the right words in my search . I mainly am trying to find out what I need to use as far as inlet and outlet location .

I have googled and you tubed but there are no thunderbird video's that I can find as far as the 2 mufflers that I'm trying to decide between only mustang .

and i used the muffler comparsion page and that and price is what has me looking at the hookers.

Have you looked at these?

The stock mufflers are 7" by 9", 13" long case, 20" with tip, 2" center inlet, offset outlet (even though the non-standard shape of the muffler makes it hard to compare the inlet/outlet locations with an after-market muffler).

But anything close to that size and configuration should work with the stock pipe, if that's what you mean....
