ok i installed the rear sway bar shorter links but the rear seems at the same height????????? wasnt it supposed to lower????

Nah they won't lower the car as the shorter links are used when the suspension is lowered. They put the sway bar back in the proper position for the suspension travel.

mark but i have the h&r lowering springs with kyb shocks. My suspension is lowered, i just hadnt had the time to put on the shorter links in the rear sway bar.

Then you are all set as now the sway bar is where it should be in relation to the rest of the rear suspension The links have nothing to do with ride height as the springs have control on that.
