I know that the 94 tbird bumper is a little different than the 96 tbird bumper, but is the 96 cougar bumper different from the 96 tbird?

Talkin about the rear I assume? They should be the same...Cougar one might have some chrome trim on it but they look the same.

I always thought they were the same, but after looking, the chrome trim seems to be more rounded on the cougar, whereas that same part of the bird bumper looks to be more pointed. May not bother anyone else but it would bug the crap outta me.

Wow, good eye. It does appear more rounded at the end instead of pointed like the bird.

Um, the rounded/pointed thing would be the least of my issues. A giant chrome strip on a rear bumper when the rest of the car has none would be the thing that stands out in my eye!

Yup, I remember someone buy or selling the kit for that. So it should just be a decal that you can probably peel off. If it isn't then if you need the bumper and get it painted anyway then just paint over it.
