These are out of the 05 Explorer engine I got from Rob aka rmfk13 just a reminder of why you don't try to run an engine that may have gotten water in it :D :eek: so it looks like it will be just a PI intake and head swap for the cat. Mike

Rob disclosed that it was hydrolocked in his for sale thread, what we see here is the textbook result of that condition so I don't think this comes as a shock. It's actually not too bad if the cylinders are ok.

That'll work. I'll take them. We'll have to figure when to get together so I can pick them up. Mike

I've seen rods like that before out of hydrolocked engines.

That is a classic example and great pics! Thanks! :thumbsup:
