From what I have heard no it will not.
If you have a key fob that works you need to match up the fcc number on the back.
I found a couple new ones to replace the one the used car dealer gave me but can't find out how to program it.
My alarm is a dealer installed 2 button, and I do not have RKE in the trunk. I'm afraid to just start trying off the wall suggestions because if I deprogram the one fob I have I don't know how to turn the alarm off without it, and won't be able to start the car.
