yea burned up headgaskets, cooling issues.....you sure are in the right situation to by trying out dumba** stuff :rolleyes:
I have to agree with GM but anyway here

I've seen an electric blower that could run 300cfm.

It was a roots-type vacuum pump; we used it in a barrel tester, lol.

It used a 25hp 480V three phase motor that shook the building when it hit; it was a bit overloaded. :)

It ran [email protected] for 7 seconds or so, then could cool for 45 seconds. :rofl:

It with the motor was about the size of a 4.6 and transmission together; shape and all.

That's about how much air you need for a 4.6, tho. :)

I think I read a big blower ate around 80hp; I could be wrong.

Grog you are right most of the M90 are running 75-100hp to turn.

56kW-75kW about 4000A running at 14.7Vdc.

That's what; meter thick cable running from the "battery"? :D

Hey! :idea:

We could use power rails like the subway cars do, and use THAT to power the blower!!

I saw a leaf blower setup attached to a Saturn when I went to Universal Technical Institute, that drew a crowd for a while and I am sure that young man never heard the end of it for a while either.
