Its different. Ive never saw them on a mn12 before, or not that I remember. I wouldnt do it but different strokes for different folks

I seem to remember my friend's LS wheels hitting the front spindle. This was 4 years ago, so I may be mistaken.

There was a blue cougar with SC side skirts/rear bumper that had those wheels many moons ago...I'm sure somebody will chime in

Lincoln LS Wheels On A Thunderbird

Here's a shot of the 17" Lincoln LS 5-spokes on a Thunderbird..

Notice how the rear wheels look sunken in..

That's because the Lincoln LS wheels have a very high offset(+ offset)..

The only way to make them fit the front without hitting the spindles is to use a spacer or wheel adapters..

They fit on a Thunderbird/Cougar/Mark VIII..

IMO they're not worth the extra effort to make them fit on a Thunderbird though..

Thanks for the info I'll probably just look for some 7 spokes like the original plan unless I find a after market wheel with similar style to the LS wheel with the correct offset.

My memory finally didn't fail me!! :D

The offset is indeed a problem. I ran Lincoln LS wheels for two years, and I had to use custom-machined spacers on the front. It really wasn't worth the effort.

The wheels are lug-centric rather than hub-centric, too. It was a pain in the ass to run those wheels, looking back on it...
