My daughter will be attending The University of Kansas in Lawrence this fall.

We'll be driving out in a few weeks because she needs her car. Has an apartment lined up starting next month and need to furnish it. Can anyone recommend furniture stores in the area to go to? Doesn't have to top notch stuff, not looking for junk either! Right now she'll need a bedroom set and a pull out couch.

Good to hear from you!

No Facebook for me, but I might have things figured out. IKEA has a store about 30 miles from where she is moving and it looks like we'll order the furniture online and have it delivered there. Hopefully it all works out!

She's all settled in now, Lawrence is a very nice city.
