Hey guys sorry to drop a chevy issue here but it's 6 below windchill and I need to get this car back up and rolling smoothly.
Ok here's whats going on.
Replaced IAC on 91 Lumina (car) 3.1 V6 auto transmission. Re set PCM (drove car for 5 days total of maybe 100 miles)
Also replaced 2 short lenghts of vaccume line that are connecting a metal line that runs from Intake(rubber connector 1) to just below the exhaust crossover(rubber connector 2) and from that crossover to the transmission.
Car shifts from P to D hard and when driving up shifts as normal but down shift from 2 to 1 is HARD. Tranny fluid is full and pink doesn't smell burnt.

I lost most of my tools in Katrina and don't have a vacuume test kit anymore so I can't check for leaks.

Thanks in advance for any help guys

I had a 91 euro lumina and I had a similar problem. It turned out to be a silenoid in the transmission...Kept it from shifting back into first gear correctly.
