Does anyone have the procedure to check for a bad mass air sensor using a volt/ohm meter? (97 v6)

Thanks

"The voltage at terminals A and B with engine on should be 10.5V
The voltage between C and D should be .34 - 1.96 V at idle.
If not you may have an electrical prob in the sensor head. "

I'm getting 14.0 between A and B and .90 between C and D...

Is it dead?

Thanks

Well, 14v is higher than 10.5... Wonder if I could splice in a resistor...
Nah, gonna replace the damn thing.

Hooked up an OB2II scanner and got the following:
p0102 mod$10
MAF or VAF
A
Circuit Low Input

p0141
02 Sensor Heater
Circuit Malfunction
Bank 1 Sensor 2

then same, Bank 2 Sensor 2

Then it repeated the codes again for a total of 6.
