I'm very saddened to hear of this accident on I-77 this afternoon.

I've driven this stretch of highway many, many times over the years and I always travel up this mountain pass on my way to Summer Blast each year. I was on I-77 today about 50 miles south of where this happened.

RIP fellow travelers. :(

Same here Ron, many times I have been down that pass and the only thing that could be seen is the white line on the drivers side , Thankfully most of my travels thru that area was late at night so hardy no traffic , Was telling Linda after hearing about this , I was very lucky with all the trips I have made with that THICK fog no issues. The area is called Fancy Gap .
