Missing radiator bracket bolt

Have you tried going to a store with the other bolt to see if it can be matched up?

You'll need to buy a U-Nut and matching bolt.

I would try the Help section of the local parts store or Ace hardware. The Ace hardware bolts have gotten a lot better over the years. Used to be, if you were trying to match a bolt, they would have a match, except the socket size was one step higher. Instead of 10mm it would be 11mm, and instead of 12mm it would be 13mm. Now they all seem to match.
