I had a slight miss here recently and I had assumed it was the plug wires (bought in March of this year). Well, I have a lifetime warranty on the wires/cap/rotor (Borg Warner Select) so I had them all swapped out. I also bought a lifetime ignition coil and new Autolite APP 5145 plugs to replace the AP 5145's I had put in back in March. This helped with most of it, but I still have a slight miss (or I think it's a miss...), and sometimes at idle in Drive the RPMs will drop down below 500 and it acts like it is going to die. When I tap the gas to get the RPMs back up it will settle out and run fine. It only does this periodically, but about once a day. After I tap the gas it usually is fine. I also put a new 're-man' MAF sensor on there, and I swapped another IAC on there (used, I have a few to choose from). Also put on a new fuel filter (Purolator) and did an oil change (Motorcraft 5/20 Synthetic Blend - Purolator Pure One filter). All of this was done last weekend, and the problem persists. Also, on start up the RPMs will kind of meander from about 900 to about 600. After I have run it though, this doesn't happen. If I drive it anywhere and park and let it just idle it will be fine. If I shut it down, then restart it the RPMs will wander like said before. I'm at a loss and I'm tired of throwing money at it. I'm also thinking about a trans fluid flush, even though it has Merc V in it with a new filter from about a year ago when I swapped this motor/trans to this chassis.

Sorry for the long post, just trying to be thorough. Any ideas or pointers? Help is greatly appreciated.
