Dropping the pan this weekend, how much is a gallon of mercon V selling for and a trans filter? Area code is 13502 for my closest dealer.

unfortunately I can not find any motorcraft mercon v for less than 9 dollars a quart. looks like I will have to go with castrol

Ford Parts CounterDoes anyone know if there are any of these out there? I have tried by part number on line with now luck. Or, is there anything that is close enough to fit? I see a lot of offerings for one for a 01-07 Taurus and the pictures look close but pictures can be deceiving. It is for a 1997 Thunderbird...- 1
