Have any of you guys had this problem? Aaron K. can confirm that this fell off only because my speaker was on way too loud.

it's a 94... things are bound to fall off... lol

sorry, had to

being a 94, the glue is aged and the sub just helped it along. hell, on my 96 the mirror shakes/vibrates just because of the wind turbulance on the windshield over 70...

I would just get a repair kit, make sure you windshield is EXTREMLY clean and remount it. once is has fallen off, I would give it about a year or 2 before it falls again. (at least it did with my old dodge daytona)

any decent auto parts store has them on the shelf. I think it's $5 or so for the kit. Takes about 15 minutes..

Same thing happened to my bird a couple years back. The shift button also popped out under the same circumstances. No subs now, though, so my car just falls apart on its own. And boy does it do that.

I had the same thing happen when I had Ground Zero Hydrogen 12s in my Bird except the rear view mirror fell and cracked my Alpine head unit :(

Mine fell off from my cheap Walmart woofer. (Or maybe it just fell off on its own.) I've glued it on several times, but it usually only lasts a few weeks. I finally just gave up. Luckily though, I have an autodimming mirror and the wire kept it from falling far.

I've never had any luck getting my mirror to stay on with the glue from Autozone. I just take my to a windshield repair place, and they have some good stuff. Mine's been on 2 years with no problems, and your woofer can't put more stress on it than when my car was lowered 4.5 inches, and it's still holding strong.

Yeah exact same thing happened to my 92 when I had my old system in it.

That mirror used to dance. Until if went flying off into the back seat. I just super glued it back and had no problems after that.

Mine has the auto dim so it just fell off and hung from the wire. I knew it was gonna happen sooner or later, just looking at that thing with the sub on was a total blur.
