My car spent about 6.5 hrs at Reinhart Automotive today.
When that interesting 6 hours was over I could hardley recognise
my car. Now when I hit the gas Im luckey to catch traction.
And traction at wot when it hit second is long gone.
All that without opening the tranny.
Dennis Reinhart realy is a genious!!
I took it there with a simple gear install (3.73) in mind,
but I left with a new chip (even though the used one I ordered was
sitting on the coffee table waiting on me).
I also left wit a 1 peice alum. driveshaft and colder motorcraft plugs.
But with only the chip, gears and true duels I had enough rice tonight
to feed an army. Civics, Accords, rx7s the usual suspects.
Thanks Again Dennis:D

P.S. my 02 maf will be here tues. and he will once again bless me with his
talent and knowledge.

Sounds good, lucky you, you live near Dennis. Most of us aren't so fortunate, so to get a dyno tune from him would be RATHER difficult for me. Unless I went to the MN12 nationals or something.

As for the rice, I'm interested to know about you outrunning an RX-7. I've never run one, or been in one, but its my understanding that there are very few stock cars that can keep up with one. They're kinda like the Toyota Supra, in there they're Japan's version of the Buick Grand National...

High revving crop duster

Thats what I think of them.
Well we pulled off from a light got up to bout 35 then he
got on it. pulled on me a little untill hit 3rd (drive, since the
transformation it feels like im spraying when it hit drive).
then i got about 1 length ahead. and about 90 se we let off.
it was a 2nd generation 13b no turbo. Im sure if it was a turbo
i wouldt have had a chance.
Yes I would suggest any one to wait and let dennis do their car.
he is the best.

Cost?

I hate to be noisy but I was going to get all that stuff done. gears, chip, colder plugs, one piece driveshaft etc.. how much did it all cost in the end? If you don't mind. Thanks. Keep beating that rice. My friends and I have a little car club we call it AAR, Against All Rice...we surrond them and then f*ck with them..its funny.

You can call him or email him to get a better price.
He is a busey man so be patient with him
The saying goes here
Good things come to those who wait.
Also he has an aluminum metal matrix shaft there that is a take out
he has a really good price on it.
