i read the thing about how to put an avatar on but everytime i try to shrink the pic i want to 75x75 pixels it just gives me the top lefthand corner. how can i get the whole pic to shrink down to 75x75?

What photo software are you using first off?

i tried using microsoft paint and thats what happened. i also tried using the software that came with my digital camera and it only lets the image size go down to 160x121.

i have irfanview. you can specify what size you want by % of orginal or by pixel
i belive they have a website irfanview.com

I have that on my other computer back home. Rarely use it. Photoshop does the best job in rendering it down. Email someone with photoshop to reduce it. I've done it with PS for a few people here before. I need to redo mine. It was reduced with MGI and looks like p**p.
