Hey everyone, can somebody post a list of cars/trucks/suv's/vans, which have the same bolt pattern of our MN12's. I have 4 wheels, which I am trying to get rid of. They are 4 15 inch aluminum wheels, which are VERY oxidated. (Polished Aluminum American Racing Aeros) They need serious cleaning. If I put an add for them in the paper, I want to include a list of all vehicles they will fit. I have chrome 17x9's now and in the winter, I put on the stock wheels so I don't think I will ever use these again. Thanks, Frank

BTW-My car is not a sport so the wheels on it are regular 15x6 or 15x7 with a 5x4.25 lug pattern

Come to think of it, I should have taken them to Summer Blast with me and somebody may have wanted them. :zbash:

Okay, I found it. Is this an accurate list? Are there any typos in it?
Also, how do I find out if the wheels will fit ALL of these models listed? An example: 89-97 Thunderbird is listed BUT the 5x4.25 will NOT fit a Sport model (16 inch wheels) or an SC (16 inch wheels) Right?

WTF does wheel size have to do with the bolt pattern? You can put the wheels from a sport or SC on your car. What prevents you from putting 15's on the sport is the larger front brakes. As a matter of fact, that should be the only thing that prevents you from putting a set of wheels on a car is clearances other than bolt-pattern. Usually the brakes.

Edit: They will NOT fit the Mark VIII, either. Taurus and Sable are safe.

I think that the point he is making is that he doesn't want to tell someone (for example, someone who is planning on putting them on a SC or Sport) that they will fit his/her car when they won't.

96-97 Sport and the Mark 8's are the only MN-12/FN-10 cars that came with the larger brakes. Us SC, while we got some good stuff, still have those sorry stock size brakes.

So, if someone with a 96/97 Sport were to be interested in the wheels, I will need to tell them that they won't fit, correct?

Also, what model Cougar is equivalent with the 96/97 Tbird Sport just so I know they won't fit it either?

here's a question regarding this list, does anybody know if any of the spares of the vehicles below are the narrow aluminum or an alloy lighter than the steel tbird spare with the proper, or 36 to 42 backspacing?

Anyone tried to put a set of Ford Fusion wheels on a 97 Thunderbird? Looking at a set of 18x8 factory aluminum wheels and tires. Wondering about the back spacing? The Fusion wheels are 6.5 inch back. Haven't measured the Thunderbird yet. Thank's

I think one of the sets of 17" wheels I bought from another thunderbird lemons racer were originally from a Ford Fusion. They required some thin (maybe 1/4" spacers).
