Hey guys and gals I need your advice on a what kind of car I should purchase. I'm going to be moving to Green Bay by the end of this month to finish my schooling for a teaching degree. I'm looking for a reliable v6 with not too high of mileage and it has to be automatic. I've been looking at the newer Mercury Cougars, but so far the couple that I have seen have been beat to ****. I still have some time yet, but I would like to find something soon because I have other things I need to get done before I move. So if any of you have any suggestions I would greatly appreciate them because I'm beginning to get impatient with looking on the net constantly for a car.

How about a 97 V6 tbird?

What kind of money are you looking to spend? Why only auto? Can you define "not too high mileage"? Any other preferences while we are narrowing this search down?

First I'm looking to spend only 5 grand, technically I'm not buying it my boyfriend is. And auto only because I don't want to have relearn stick in the winter and wreck the **** out of the car. As far as mileage anywhere in between 80,000 and 100,000 miles. I'm looking to stay in with the fords, mercurys, etc area.
