Guys, there's a Comet visible just after sunset; it's just passed the sun on its way out.

Should be about 15° above the sun, pointed away from it.

I've got clouds on the horizon, but I'm going to look again in a bit.

Binoculars will help.

Don't look at the Sun with binoculars, if you're wondering if it's ok. :D

Hm, might be time to whip out the telescope, wide angle eyepieces and solar filter! :D

Cool! Will it be visible tomorrow night?

Hale Bopp was the most impressive one I've seen - in person. Next to that the comet/ meteor that buzzed Russia last week was off the charts cool / scary! Imagine if that thing had hit the planet somewhere! It would have been a very bad day for somebody!
