I am putting the sterring wheel back in and I broke the shift interlock cable. Can drive the car with it broken and if not how do I replace it? The cable it self didnt brake but the plastic piece. I got pics if it would help.

Yes, you can drive the car without it. The only things you might notice will be being able to remove the shifter from "P" with no key in the ignition or foot on the brake pedal, and you'll also be able to remove the key from the ignition with the shifter not in "P".
