Im going to get new speakers for the cougar. I was wondering should I upgrade the speaker wire too, or just leave it, or will i really notice a difference? I dont have premium sound, Its running though a mid-grade JVC mp3 headunit, and Im not running a sub anymore.

I would leave it uless you running a powerfull set up and the wires for the speakers are coming from the amp. so you should be fine.
